Betsy is a Speech Language Pathologist and ECSE Professional Development Facilitator in North East MN. She has worked in Early Childhood Special Education since 2006. Betsy has experience in evaluating and assessing infants, toddlers, and preschoolers using a variety of tools, observations, and caregiver input. She has experience providing speech/language intervention for young children and their caregivers. Betsy has training on and experience supporting professionals in coaching caregivers such as in the Family Guided Routines-Based Intervention and similar models. She also has extensive knowledge and experience with the Pyramid Model and the Classroom Engagement Model. She has training in and experience using Practice-Based Coaching and Cognitive Coaching to support adults working with children to implement best practices.
