I'm a Licensed Child and Family Educator, have a B.S in Child Psychology and an M.Ed. in Family Education. I've been working with families for over 20 years in a variety of settings.

I'm passionate about empowering parents to grow genuinely happy and confident children. I do this through one-on-one sessions with parents, through classes for parents (online and in-person) and through my book, Your Family Compass: A Parenting Guide for the Journey that was published in 2012.

Beyond my work through Jenny Hanlon Consulting I also teach preschool on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at Tamarack Nature Center through the White Bear Lake School District, the Growing Children parent-child class at The Children’s Farm School in West Lakeland and am a Family Educator for Stillwater Area Schools ECFE program 10 hours a week.
