Hi! My name is Karlene Dunaisky, I am a long time veteran in the field of early care with an educational background in Parent Ed and ECE with graduate work in ECE Policy and Advocacy. I own a FCC licensed, Parent Aware rated, play based program in Carlton County creating a healthy understanding of Rule2 and the work family care providers manage each day.
My training experience encompasses both small and large groups in homes to large conference settings. Having yrs of hands on experience in the "trenches" of early care has left me with many ideas and experiences to share with my fellow warriors!! A HUGE advocate of PLAY! My heart is with children and those who do the most important job of guiding and loving our littles ones. I bring humor, energy, years of experience and insight into my trainings. I have close to 40 approved curricula to choose from.
