Raelene wrote and delivered trainings from 2001-2019 as a Licensed Parent Educator at Early Childhood Family Education and during her M.Ed. program in Family Education at the U of M. In 2006, she expanded her work, training others on the development and delivery of high quality trainings as Business Liaison with the Rochester Area Foundation's First Steps Program, the Working Family Resource Center, the Southern Initiative Foundation, a Trainer Mentor for the TARSS Program, and during her 4 years presenting at the MN Trainer Summit. In 2007, Raelene started studying and developing trainings for online delivery. Raelene is now a full-time presenter and curriculum designer for early childhood educators and presents to trainers and educators nationally. Recently, she obtained the New York State Training and Technical Assistant Professional designation from NYAEYC and develops and deliverers approved trainings in New York State.
